Sultan Gardens Resort Sharm El Sheikh - Sharm el-Sheikh

This place perfectly suits me with great amenities like 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access. The staff were sweet with my older parents during our first stay, which I remember. I highly recommend trying the massage at the spa!

The beach and the sea is beautiful, but the manco, however, one cannot really swim there, locally it is all fenced in because of the corals. The location was perfect and also clean, room was nice. All in all it was a nice relaxing holiday but I would not go back to the hotel.

The pools are really great and very big.

Unfortunately the food is not that good

The location and view were great. The 3 separate restaurants were good.

The food in the main restaurant was terrible. The room service took 40 minutes. The staff was sometimes very pushy. The internet in the room worked very badly. I would not go to this resort again.

Especially the staff (at the bar and the house staff) were extremely friendly and tried hard to be there for us around the clock! VERY RECOMMENDABLE!!!!

Everything was great, wonderful hotel, the location was amazing just next door to Italian and Indian restaurants and Sharm El Sheikh. Booked a room with jacuzzi in sultan gardens. The pool was heated and I had hot drinks in the disco bar. Didn't expect to get laundry for nothing, you guys rock.

Friendly staff always willing to help.

Despite requesting a king-size bed prior to arrival, we ended up with two separate beds, and when I asked to change rooms, I was ignored.

Everything perfect, except the Indian restaurant

After the visit to the Indian à la carte restaurant we had 3 days of digestive issues, stomach cramps, chills and general listlessness. Therefore not to be recommended!

Great facilities, lovely gardens, nice staff, lots of activities for kids, generally good food for breakfast & dinner

Only deep fried snack food during the day, not being able to book into the Casa Mia restaurant more than once due to it being over-booked even though each week you are supposed to be able to visit the restaurant twice.

I loved the following 1) The design and layout of the resort 2) The clour, look and feel, cleanliness, well maintained lawns 3) Very helpful staff. I could feel a very dedicated co-ordination among the staff 4) Enough activities to keep oneself busy in the Resort for atleast 4-5 days 5) Linah Restaurant 6) Family friendly

I didn't like the following 1) The reservation team wasn't prompt in replying to my email. I had to send them around 7 reminder emails and called them 5 times on phone to get a reply. And still they didn't mention what all they couldn't provide as per my request/needs 2) The tumbler used to serve drinks in Al-Shalal bar badly needs a change and so is the quality of the liquor

The hotel was excellent. The staff were very attentive, the site (which was large) was kept spotless. Some reviews had criticised the food but we had no complaints. The buffet area was busy at breakfast, but the provision of an adults area dining room was excellent.

I like the location of the hotel , the gardens and my kids enjoy the slides and the beach , about the staff they are very very friendly I go back another time. The Spa team was very professional

Hotel staff friendly and efficient, right next to the beach with coral reef for snorkelling, rooms big and clean, price very reasonable.

Activities in the hotel very loud for the vast majority who didn't want to take part!

Food was good and diversified. There was a nice and long hotel beach which is not habitual in sharm el sheik. Diving school. Well organised diving and boat trips. Very good and exemplary protection of coral reef in front of hotel!

No hotel shuttle service to Naama Bay or Old Sharm. Only expensive limousine service. Not enough staff at reception, therefore sometimes stressful and hounded atmosphere at reception.

Many sports activities, every evening show, most of staff (95%) really tryed to do their best, clean hotel and generally well organized. We had all inclusive: Buffe restaurant and breakfast was nice as well the quality in other restaurants - of course not like a "Michelin" gourmet but that was not expectation.

Booking the table for the special restaurants was bit too complicated.
